WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT STRENGTH FACTORY?

At Strength Factory, we focus on helping people develop all aspect of strengthening their bodies, and while cardiovascular health is important, we offer alternative and unique methods of performing these exercises while still developing strength, without the conventional running, riding, rowing type exercises. If you enjoy running, we will make you strong to perform it better.

After consultation we first assess our clients current fitness levels and movements, then develop specific programs to assist with with their goals as well as what they like to do.

Quite often we will start with stability strengthening with progression to more challenging exercises. Resistance training is the only way to strengthen muscles and is a great way to reduce the risk of Osteoporosis, address posture issues, increase range of motion and mobility issues. Muscle strength is also vitally important for sport athletes.

Each member will have their own specific program and our group training sessions are also programmed and tracked. By using programs and tracking we can see where each member improves in strength, everyone at Strength Factory does.

We provide 1:1 and 2:1 custom personal training, and small groups of up to 6 people maximum which has proven to be safe and highly effective. So no matter what you chose, you receive a highly beneficial training experience.
